Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can place an order by checking the size chart of the product you wish to buy and making a size selection based on your matched measurements > add to cart > checkout.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay.
Q. What is your return and exchange policy?

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Your order will typically ship within 2-9 business days and should arrive to you within 10 - 15 business days at max.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. We will be sending you an email confirming your order and providing a tracking number for your shipment.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
A. Unfortunately, as much as we would love to go international, we do not yet provide international shipping.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
A. You have up to 24 hours after you've placed your order to modify or make changes to it. You can always reach out to us at info@whiicka.com for any help regarding your order.
Q. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
A. We advice you to examine your items, record any necessary pictures/videos and use our returns portal for any damaged or defective items within the 7 days return period.
Q. How do I know what size to order?
A. Please make sure you check the measurements for each item as sizing can differ from one item to another depending on their material, style and place of manufacturing.
Q. How can I return an order?
A. Please visit our return portal page and fill out the required information. Our team will review your return inquiry and send you an email with the return instructions and shipping label. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original SKU tags, and clear garment packaging. Due to our free shipping policy, return shipping and handling fees are the customer's responsibility. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
